Safety Record

Baobab construction puts safety of its staff and clients as its number one concern.

Baobab adheres to the high standards of their international clients as well as those required by Mozambican law. All staff working on a construction site are required to attend an extensive in house safety training program, including the Six Hazards that Kill, before being allowed on site.

Training is an ongoing commitment within Baobab and staff are kept current with local standards, as well as those imposed by the international oil and gas companies.

Baobab put their staff through courses offered by these international clients such as fire fighting, high-rise work, spotter and flagman training.

Due to this extensive training and strict on site enforcement of safety protocol Baobab is proud to have never had any serious incident on site.
